This ultimate gathering for adults seeking adventure, connection and personal growth is the perfect blend of play and seriousness!

Awake your inner child and deepen the connection to the world around you. Welcome to Play Flow Grow - Where your adventure begins!

What to expect

Expect a weekend full of adventures and experiences! Other than daily movement related workshops, there will also be time for relaxation, and free time to enjoy the sauna, ice bath, wakepark or any of the other features of the facility.

Workshops

The workshops during the weekend will evolve around themes such as:

• How play can be a part of your practice

• Grounding and connecting with nature

• How to progress towards a skill

• Explore your physical capacity

• Trust in ourselves and others

• How to deal with fear

• Partner work

• Finding flow

• Acrobatics

When

You are welcome from 16:00 on Thursday 15th of May, the first activity starts at 18:00.  First workshop on Friday starts at 10:00.

The camp will end at Sunday 18th of May at 16:00

Where

Just outside Uddevalla lies Breddas Action Adventure Park surrounded by beautiful nature! A place both for relaxation and adventures. In the park you can find:
 

• Slacklines

• Trampoline

• Skate ramp

• Wakeboard park

• Sauna

• Ice bath

Sleeping

Choose between sleeping in:

Glamping tents (3-4 people) or,

Cabins (6 people)

You are also welcome to bring your own tent if you want more privacy

Food

Food is included in the price. You’ll get:​

3 Brunches

3 Dinners 

3 Fikas

Theres will be both meat and vegetarian options.

• Clothes comfortable to move in

• Sleeping bag/bed sheets

Price and Registration

Full experience (Thursday to Sunday) - 4000 SEK

Friday to Sunday - 3500 SEK
